You are also welcome to register and point your own domain to your CityPage, if you wish to divert traffic that you generated, away from your CityPage, in case you sell your CityPage and leave the program. It is prohibited to register domains that contain the word "CityLinks" in any format.

What is your telephone number & email address?

How much does it cost to get started?

The initial payment will be for $560 USD. This includes: $485 one time setup fee, and your first month Membership fee of $75 USDThen it automatically renews each month for $75 USD. You can cancel at any time, no restrictions.

Your monthly Membership fee covers the use of the platform, hosting, tech support, and the use of a personalized domain (e.g CityLinksMiami.city). The ownership of the domain stays with CityLinks, but you are licensed to use it through your Membership plan.


Do I need liability insurance, do I have to incorporate?

You would be an Independent Operator, an "Affiliate" (with your choice of getting paid personally or through a registered business). Your earnings/payouts would be through PayPal on the 7th of each month, for previous months sales. 

All commission splits and renewals of businesses in your city directory are handled automatically, and is tracked by Post  Affiliate Pro, for which you will also receive a backend Dashboard. This is part of our 48 hour setup. 
Do I talk to customers on the telephone?

You are in control of developing content for your CityPage and marketing your business. 

This could involve various marketing methods, some of which may involve calling (if that is what you are comfortable with, but you don't have to). Other methods are promoting your CityPage through social media, local media, radio, tv, or as simple as pay per click google ads, paid Facebook boosts, YouTube videos...etc., to name a few.
Do I have to register and charge a sales tax?

We did! CityLinks handles the sales tax requirements as may be required from state to state or country, and our membership pricing reflects absorbed cost. Since all payment processes on the platform go through our payment checkouts, you receive your "affiliate earnings" as your "gross earnings" which you can claim either as personal income, or you may want to offset some of your operating and marketing costs by registering a company. Check the requirements in your state, province, county.
Since the site is search optimized do I get free organic traffic?

Absolutely! That's the beauty of our platform. Once a customer lands on your CityPage, from there he can freely go to explore the entire website... no mater where he checks-out, you get the sale! Do the customers sign up them selves or how do I add content?

You can add content a few ways:

1. Customers sign up themselves from organic traffic

2. Customers sign up themselves from paid traffic

3. Customers sign up themselves from platform contributions and traffic. If they are from your city (by address), it's your sale. You have a protected territory!

4. Manually adding content (business profiles, articles about your city, city guide content) to the directory. The businesses you manually add will be classified as "Claim Listings". These claim listings businesses will later be notified by email of an existing listing, and can be offered to claim it by their rightful businesses owners, to take over its administrative control, by choosing a free or paid plan. 

All transactions and renewals are automatically handled by the platform, including email notifications and auto-responders when a sale happens. You get full reporting on traffic and earnings (sales) through your Affiliate Dashboard in real time.

5. You can purchase commercial lists of businesses in your city from data brokers, in a CSV format (excel spreadsheet), and we will be happy to upload it for you.
